Benefits of drinking water in the morning

Why would you not drink water after seeing all of the benefits?


Whether you want to lose weight, want better skin or be generally healthy water is perfect! You can add a lemon or fruit to the water for flavour too. What water is your favourite?

I would recommend lemon. Nothing fresher than cold lemon water πŸ™‚
